Cafe Szimpla has pretty much removed their interesting beers and replaced them with a tap room of the Budapest based Mad Scientist Brewery. The Cafe opens before noon but the Hungarian beers are not available unto LABor opens at 5pm.

While the Mad Scientist beers were fine, I miss the variety the old Cafe Szimpla had. Still worth a visit if in the area.
